It has the capacity to make us laugh, think, and move towards action. Te acting program at Texas State has given me the tools to create the type of art I want to see in the world. Every class has helped me, artistically and personally. I’ve learned the importance of being honest and of thinking independently while remembering the value of ensemble. I’ve learned that the bravest thing is to tell a story when it’s easy to stay silent.” College Report 2016 | 31
