my destination for Communication Studies “Te thing that draws me to the communication feld is my experience in the Marine Corps. While serving, I was exposed to speaking to large groups of people and delivering important information. I got a chance to use my communication skills a lot and felt that I could fourish in the feld. Communication is something that we as humans have to do on a daily basis. Knowing how to communicate properly is vital in our lives if we want to maintain relationships with others. I wanted to learn how to make that communication stay alive; which is why I decided to go with Communication Studies. While serving in the Marines I had been planning my degree route for a while. I found Texas State as a great university to come study almost any major, including degree paths that follow the communication feld.
