- - DIVISION OF DANCE ABOUT US Te Division of Dance prepares students for a variety of careers in dance and related felds. Students explore multiple genres of dance, learning to contextualize theory and practice in educational, professional, and community settings. Te Division ofers undergraduate degrees in Performance and Choreography, Dance Studies, and Teacher Certifcation. Te Division has nearly 200 undergraduates, and ofers at least 6 dance concerts per year. Faculty have performed or choreographed in over a dozen countries. Te Division regularly hosts internationally renowned guest artists who teach master classes and present lectures. Graduates work in public and private secondary schools, private studios, professional dance companies, and non proft community settings.
