di v i s ion of dance Te Division of Dance ofers undergraduate degrees in Performance and Choreography, Dance Studies, and Teacher Certifcation. Te Division serves nearly 200 undergraduates, and presents 6 formal dance concerts per year, while also hosting several informal events. Faculty have performed or choreographed in over a dozen countries. Te Division regularly hosts internationally-renown guest artists who teach master classes, present lectures, and create new dances with our students. Te Division of Dance prepares students for a variety of careers in dance and related felds. Students explore multiple genres of dance while learning to contextualize theory. Graduates work in public and private secondary schools, private studios, professional dance companies, and non-proft community settings. 44 .
