DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNICATION STUDIES In Communication Studies, we examine the creation, expression, exchange, and meaning of messages in personal, professional, and public life. Our undergraduate and graduate degree programs equip students for success in the areas of Persuasion, Advocacy, and Civic Engagement; Professional and Organizational Advancement; Relationship Management and Well-being; and Teacher Certification. We also offer three interdisciplinary minors: Leadership, Political Communication, and Health Communication.
