C3 The Center for Communication, Collaboration & Creativit y (C3) UPCOMING INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR COFAC FACULTY 1) INTERNAL : International Research Accelerator: ( Due: March 26th -Amount: $15,000 ) Supports faculty engaged in international research and who increase global engagement opportunities for the campus community. 2) EXTERNAL : NEH-Award for Faculty at Hispanic-Serving Institutions ( Due: April 10th –Amount: $60,000 ) Supports individual faculty or staf members at Hispanic Serving Institutions pursuing research of value to humanities scholar, students, or general audiences. NEH-Fellowships ( Due: April 10th – Amount: $60,000 ) Supports individual scholars pursuing projects that embody exceptional research, rigorous analysis, and clear writing. Applications must clearly articulate a project’s value to humanities scholars, general audiences, or both. Humanities Texas-Major Grants for Community Projects ( Due March 15th –Amount: $5,000 ) Funds comprehensive public programs such as lectures, seminars, and conferences; book and flm discussions; interpretive exhibitions and materials etc. Programs should refect substantial participation by humanities scholars and the target audience. TCA-Arts Respond Performance ( Due May 1st – Amount: $12,000 ) Provides professional artist fees to organizations for hiring an artist from the TCA Touring Roster to do a performance. TCA- Arts Respond Project ( Due July 15th –Amount: 50% of Project Budget ) Provides project assistance grants on a short-term basis and may include administrative costs directly related to the project.
