Ringler, Jr. Fellowship at The Huntington Library in San Marino, California. [1] Erina Duganne was appointed Editor of the Americas for the journal, Photography & Culture . Erina Duganne’ s short film, Muriel Hasbun: to tell your story in pieces , as it is , was released. The Institute for Studies on Latin American Art (ILSAA) in New York commissioned the film as part of their series, 270, created to preserve and amplify the rich contributions of Latin American artists. Erina was invited by Greg Sholette to be a guest author for his Substack, “Our Bare Art World.” She wrote on forgotten transnational solidarity between the Americas. Margo Handwerker was featured in Megan McKenzie's "Shallowater Communion: M12’s The Tap,” Glasstire (May 1, 2023). "The Tap" is a permanent public artwork in Lubbock, TX, funded in part by The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts as part of M12's ongoing project Tracing the Ogallala. M12 is also featured in the just-released exhibition catalogue for Going with the Flow: Art, Actions, and Western Waters , curated by Brandee Caoba and Lucy R. Lippard at SITE Santa Fe (April 14 – July 31, 2023). An article about the exhibition, which includes work by M12, was featured in "Going with the Flow: Stories of Water and Site-Specific Actions at SITE Santa Fe," Southwest Contemporary (May 16, 2023). On May 16, M12 participated in an on-line event hosted by Southwest Contemporary to celebrate their issue "Finding Water in the West" (vol. 7). Margo Handwerker 's "Last Chance Module Array" was featured on the cover of DARIA Art Magazine's Summer 2023 issue.
